Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift didn’t fall off a swing in the Bahamas – despite what the internet says

As pics of the couple kissing in the sea went viral, meme accounts on X, formerly known as Twitter, took the opportunity to trick Swifties into believing a hilarious viral video was of the two.

The video in question was from a couple in 2018, who hoped to enjoy a romantic swing ride over the sea, but ended up face-planting the sand instead.

We have to give it to them, the location does look similar to Traylor’s vacay. So anyone who did fall for it, don’t be too hard on yourselves!

“Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce enjoy a swing ride on vacation in the Bahamas,” one account titled the video, even adding “via TMZ” to create more authenticity.

However, some Swifites came to the rescue via community notes stating that this was neither Swift nor Kelce. However, it didn’t stop some from falling for the joke.

“Why are we filming them on their vacation?” questioned one.

“Noo Taylorina I love you but I hollered a bit,” wrote another fan, who thought they were laughing at the couple’s expense.

A third in the same boat penned: “I’m so sorry Mother but I had to laugh.”

Swift loves a Bahamas trip

Kelce isn’t the only partner Taylor’s shared a romantic kiss on the beach in the Bahamas with. It seems like it may be her favorite place to get away from the music for a bit as she was there with ex Joe Alwyn just two years ago.

The former couple shared a passionate kiss on the island, five years into their long term relationship, which was notoriously private.

However, things didn’t last long after that as they called it quits in April 2023 after the relationship had ‘run its course’.

The Love Story singer recently hinted she ‘felt lonely’ during the relationship at one of her Eras shows and fans suspect the new album will be about him.
