Bars for Enomatic Wine Dispensers

Sky Lounge

The Enomatic wine dispenser gives wine connoisseurs a chance to sample a wide range of unusual wines without having to open the entire bottle. Sky Lounge brought the first machine from Italy to Hong Kong so you might as well start there. Loiter by the machine and impress other aficionados with your knowledge of the vine, or slip into the curved booths to enjoy the spectacular harborview and your third glass of Gewürz.

Tastings

This wine bar is quirky and quixotic—think “Alice in Wonderland“ with mosaic wallpaper and a drifting cloud of cotton candy. Imbibe lesser-known Burgundies, Italians and South African wines from their boutique selection (which is skewed toward the reds) and pair it with some fine fromage from their cheese counter.

Watson’s Wine Cellar

Hong Kong’s original wine specialists have just launched their first wine bar. Located in their Central shop, and boasting two Enomatic wine-dispensing machines, they’ll be introducing New Zealand wines this month. And with the economy in tatters, it’s best to err on the side of caution and try a glass before taking home a case of kiwi vino or Pinot noir. Che rico!
